-DIY SURFACES cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be eligible for a refund, subject to a small admin fee.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If your worktop arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will repair, replace, or offer a partial refund.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs.
- Minor variations in colour, veining, or texture are inherent to stone surfaces and will not be considered defects.
4. Returns & Adjustments
- As all worktops are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
5. Warranty Information
-Natural stone worktops do not come with a warranty.
-Engineered stone worktops are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
