1. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made worktops are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Any cancellations after templating or fabrication will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations before templating may be eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee.
- If materials have already been sourced or work has commenced, cancellation charges will apply.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If the worktop arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will either repair, replace, or offer a partial refund.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
- Minor variations in colour, veining, or texture are inherent to engineered stone and will not be considered defects.
4. Installation & Acceptance
- Once installed, the worktop is deemed accepted and is no longer eligible for refund or replacement.
- Any concerns must be raised before installation.
5. Returns & Adjustments
- As worktops are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
- Modifications after installation may incur additional charges.
